With a bar, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. first of all the room is very clean, and the size of room is good enogh. the staff were incredibly helpful. the location of the hotel is very good. you can reach everywhere 10-15 min with metro. only the metro closes around 9 pm on weekdays.( between sundan and thursday), all this up to date information is visible theough the information in the elevator. there are also night buses. Also, the female employee at the reception helped us a lot when we forgot our card in the room. only the breakfast is a little weak. the products are of good quality but the variety is very limited

Ponte Lungo Metro Station is a 5-minute walk away. staffs are very nice and breakfast is valuable. place location is safe and easy to approach to central. The staffs are really nice-!❤️

This property offers a Special Protection Program, a strict program of precise safeguards dedicated to our guests and our staff. The front desk staff were very nice and were very helpful. Due to plane delays we were a day late arriving and it wasn't a problem. John was very nice to visit with each night we came in after being out and about all day. The ladies who provided breakfast were super friendly. The location was quiet and it was a five minute walk to the metro so not a big deal. Good little eateries near the hotel. Rooms were very quiet and were kept very clean.

Hotel Cilicia is set in a quiet area of Rome, 0.6 mi from the Appia Antica Regional Park, and a 15-minute walk from Re di Roma Metro station, on line A. Honestly, I cannot speak highly enough about Hotel Cilicia. I was forced to stay in a hotel during our Rome trip because of an unfortunate turn of events and ended up being here without any hopes. The whole staff including the manager was so kind and patient and helpful for us and supporting us in that hard situation it is truly brings tears into my eyes. They made our site enjoyable, we felt cares for, they provided all the help for me and my baby to resolve our issues, day and night they were there for us. This level of kindness I have never ever experienced in my long years of traveling, it was more than that even. They did not treat us as guests, but more like family and friends. I thanked them in person multiple times but I would like to thank them here too, thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving our trip and being amazing human beings and providing me with a hotel stay which I believe will be a once in a lifetime situation.
